Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 June 2026

This policy explains what personal data Virtual Support ("we", "us") collects when you use this site, how we use it, and the rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It is maintained by Virtual Support and is not an independent certification.

Who we are

Virtual Support is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at team@virtualsupport.world. Our business address is Salles d'Aude, 11110, France.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address
  • The platform you use (HighLevel or Systeme.io)
  • The service you're interested in (Health Check, Reset, unsure)
  • The message you write
  • A record that you ticked the consent box, the text you agreed to, and the timestamp

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site and we do not buy or sell contact lists.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

  • Consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — to reply to your enquiry and discuss the service you asked about. You give consent by ticking the box on the contact form.
  • Legitimate interests — to keep records of enquiries for a reasonable period so we can follow up and meet our own administrative needs.

We do not use your details for marketing emails or newsletters unless you separately ask us to.

Who can see it

Your submission is stored in our backend (Supabase, hosted in the EU) and a notification email is sent to our inbox via our email provider. We do not share your details with any other third party except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If we start working together, standard business and tax record-keeping periods apply to invoices and project communications.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten")
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Object to or restrict our processing
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

To exercise any of these rights, email us at team@virtualsupport.world and we'll respond within one month.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies/local storage strictly necessary to run. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies that identify you personally.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. We restrict access to the people who need it to reply to you.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
